OGES-AM Software
Keeping track of band, orchestra, choral or athletic attire is one of the biggest headaches for music directors, coaching staffs and boosters. OGES Systems has been involved in inventory management and tracking for over 25 years. We have developed a simple solution called OGES-AM for schools, colleges and universities to track their inventory by using bar codes.
Using the software is as simple as:
Enter the department name
Entering the inventory you wish to track
Entering the students in your department or activity
Scanning the items to the student and scanning them back when finished
Checking items back in is as simple as scanning each item. It does not matter if the items get mixed up. The program knows what pieces belong to whom. Included in the program are detailed printable reports showing the status of all your items. Mid year exchanges and replacements are as simple as bringing up the student’s name and scanning the new item.
Cost for the software is $75.00 per year and includes free support. The $75.00 per year comes with one department or activity (orchestra, choir, soccer, football). Each additional department is $25.00. The software can be renewed each year and you don’t have to reenter your inventory. OGES-AM is also “network ready” allowing multiple activities to work simultaneously if loaded on the school’s server. If your booster parents handle your items, they can load the software on their own laptop. This will allow them to take the laptop directly to where the items are stored and work right there.
Bar codes can be purchased from OGES for as low as .19 each and are personalized at no extra cost. For those departments already using formal attire, most garments already have bar codes in them.Order Form
