All our garments are stocked in our
downtown Columbus warehouse unlike many of the large chains, so if there is a
problem it's taken care.
What to do for the
men's attire
- When coming in to our stores have only key
people with you in making your decision for the men's attire. Too
many people involved can make for some trying moments.
- If you have a sample of the bridesmaids
dresses do bring it in. Coordinating the color with the men's
accessories is so much easier with a swatch.
- Register with us as soon as possible
preferably no later than at least 6 to 8 weeks from the wedding.
Note: we've been known to handle weddings the week of if necessary.
- O.P. Gallo offers its Top Hat service for out
of town party members. They can simply go to a formalwear specialist
in their home town and get measured. They can then submit their
sizes on our web site. When they arrive in town for the wedding
we'll have a final fitting to make sure everything is perfect. If
not we take care of it. If they lack computer savvy we have out of
town measurement cards they can have filled out and mail back to us.
- Have all measurements and deposits paid a
minimum of 3 to 4 weeks before the wedding. Be thorough and do a
follow up with your formalwear specialist 4 weeks before the wedding
to see who has not been fitted.
- All outfits are ready for pickup 2 days prior
to date of use. If you need an earlier pickup there is a $10.00 per
day charge.
- No checks are accepted for payment. Cash,
Mastercard, VISA and Discover are accepted.
- Outfits are to be returned the next business
day. Note during the busy season some stores are open on Sunday.
